Force feedback is very device dependent. Vizard has strong support for SenseAble Phantom devices, and uses the OpenHaptics library for programming these devices.
Other vendor's devices would require custom plug-ins to be developed.
If you're referring to simple joysticks, gamepads, etc., that allow forcefeedback, then yes, Vizard supports those too. If this is what you're looking for, let me know and I'll get you some example scripts.
