Oculus is only supported from Vizard 5. Initially when the Oculus DK2 was released, Vizard 4 may have been compatible with an old version of the Oculus SDK but that is no longer supported.

Download the Python 2.7 Win 64 installer from this (https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/) page. Then drag the whl file into the Vizard editor and it should install the package.
