Finally, a working Cal3D exporter is in the latest Blender v2.44
I was able to create a working animation from Blender to Vizard.

hmm... it appear that it is not working. The content of xml appear funny too. I'll try to generate cal3d for other 3d engine such as crystal space or Irrlicht, and hopefully I'll find something more...
