Has anyone been having any trouble with the oculus rift dk2?

Mine is very unreliable as of late, I keep getting messages like:
[From Service] Lost 14 IMU samples: 15979 2 16

although the numbers may change and sometimes with this the rift works, but it seems very odd.

What is the Oculus runtime version, graphics card, and driver version? Does this happen without other tracking/input devices connected?
