WorldViz User Forum - read from SP

I am trying now to read from serial port, I did this before in VB 6 however, today I have tried with vizard after I installed pyserial-2.4.win32 in the following path
C:\Program Files\WorldViz\Vizard30\bin\lib
I am aware I have to install this in site-packages file. In addition, I copied this file from the python file because wasn’t with vizrd.
I am checking with this example

but the error is as follows:
