Moving avatars lips with sound

Hello. I would like to move a certain Avatars lips, according to sound,
as works in the 3DeMeNow program - I understand that i have one preset
Avatar which can perform that, but I would like to do it on other faces....
Also - is it possible to somehow import a specific avatars face to 3DeMeNow
in order to change it, and maybe somehow add from there a moving lips ability, and then import it back to the WorldViz program?

Thanks,
Dan.

There is no way to import a Vizard .vzf face into 3DMeNow or 3dsMax. You will need to have the original files from the program the face was created in.

So

if i understand correctly -
there is no way for me to add animations to the avatars which
we get from you? ( other than those we i can program within worldviz )

You can add animations to the existing avatars that come with Vizard if you purchase the Complete Characters package. Otherwise you have to model your own avatar and animations.

We did purchase the Complete Characters package, but still i'm not sure :
how can i add a mouth_open morph ( for example, for the speak function ) to the characters that come from
the package? is there any way for me to import the max file that comes with the package, and import only the face into 3DMeNow and back, to create a new morph?
Or do i need to create the morph immediately in the 3DMax? or can i not add head morphs at all to the characters, and my only option is to create my own heads
and with the help of the 3DMeNow, and then add them to the characters?

thanks,
dan

You can add morphs directly to an avatar, without using 3dmenow or PeopleMaker. Just edit the mesh in 3dsmax to the desired morph state and export it to a separate cmf file. Then follow the instructions here on how to add the morph to a Vizard avatar.
