Is it possible to export IVEX or IVE files to 3Ds max or Blender?

I'm in need to export IVEX and IVEfiles to 3DS Max or Blender in order to use them in other VR realted programs. If someone could help me I would be grateful. Thanks!

This is not possible. These files are exported from 3DS Max using the OSG exporter but they can't be imported back in.
