Regarding 3d Model

Good Morning , I have a created a 3D Model of a building using Sketch up pro and then I converted to .osgb format and then I used in the vizard but I have a problem that I am moving around inside the pillars when I am moving inside of the building. Can any one please suggest me how can I rectify this problem ?

You can enable viewpoint collision to prevent the viewpoint from moving through objects.

Thanks Jeff , but I used the view point collision ,still they people are moving through the walls can you help me ho can i rectify this
