I think you should bring back the logo circle progress bar splashscreen instead of the rolling logo head splashscreen. It gives you some idea how long you have to wait.

Interesting point.

We removed it because the progress bar did not really provide an accurate measurement of how long was left. The rolling logo at least indicates that things have not frozen.

However it did provide a nice satisfied feeling when as the chunks were filled in.
