msvcr71.dll error
 

When I run a particular program in Vizard, it crashes Vizard when it gets to the end. The screen goes blank, except for the cursor, and the system becomes unresponsive, again except for the cursor, then after 5 minutes an error message pops up - something about faulting module msvcr71.dll - I click ok and Vizard closes.

I thought it was a problem with the PC, but the problem only affects Vizard and only occurs with this one particular program, so the IT guys said it was a software issue.

Anybody have any ideas about how to resolve it? Thanks for your help.

Have you tried reinstalling Vizard? If that does not help, can you upload the Vizard program that crashes for us to take a look?
