PPT tracker PC requests registration
Hi,
Since today, the following problem occurs: When starting the tracking software on the PPT tracking PC, the program requests a security key: "The security key for this program currently stored on your system does not appear to be valid for this version of the program". We didn't know we needed a key, nor does the help file give any suggestions. Do you have a solution? Cheers, Thomas |
Was the hardware configuration modified on the computer? Either way, you will need to contact support@worldviz.com and they will provide you with a new key.
