McAfee Privacy Service 8.1 causes Vizard not to run
 
Version 8.1 of McAfee Privacy Service is what is causing Vizard and Vizard programs not to run.

What you will experience if you have this problem is the launch window for Vizard or Vizard applications come up, but then Vizard not starting.

This is caused by the Version 8.1 of McAfee Privacy Service (which has been reported to cause a bunch of other trouble as well for different software).

McAfee has fixed the issues in their latest versions.
For some reason the automatic update is not upgrading the Privacy Service.
You will have to manually download the latest version of Privacy Service and it fixes the problem.

After the upgrade, Vizard will run fine.
