Regarding a Video to be played in Stereo Mode mainly using QUADBUFFER

1 Attachment(s)
Hi Jeff,
I am developing a demo to play a video in stereoscopic mode using QUADBUFFER,I have prepared a demo playing video on texture in background.

Code:PFA the attachment for code review.
The programs executes successfully and video is played nicely.

When the video played viewed using 3D glasses(either active or passive),one should feel the video in 3D.

Pls assist me how to proceed further to achieve or pls provide any other alternative if possible.

Thank You!!!!

What is the framerate of the video and is it a 3D video? What is the refresh rate of the display?

The frameRate of the video is 30 fps and the refresh rate of the display is 120Hz.
Thank You!!!

Is the video made for 3D and quad buffered stereo with alternating left and right images for each frame?

We are playing a normal video in mpg format to view 3D,but no 3D effect is seen.
Possible how to prepare a 3D Video with quad buffered stereo having alternating left and right images for each frame?
Thank You!!!

This is not a topic I'm familiar with, probably best to research online. I'm not sure a video with alternating frames will work because the video frame rate and refresh rate don't match. You may need to have two separate videos, one for the left eye and one for the right eye. The left eye video is applied to one background quad and the right eye video to a different quad. There is some example code for doing this with an image in the Display Background Texture knowledge base article.
