white background when morph mouth open
 
Hello,

We created a mouth_open morph from an already existing .now file. When the avatar speaks the lips move ok, but when he opens the mouth it is all white in there. How can we fix this?

The 3dmenow heads should have some geometry for inside the mouth. Is it possible you copied the file and forgot to include the texture for the mouth? When you open the face in PeopleMaker how many geometry objects does it have?

Thanks a lot. We added the right textures.
How can we move the head forward and backward in Peoplemaker? The translate mode only moves up and down. I've got a feeling the solution we're looking for is really simple, but we can't find it.

If you hold the shift button while translating it will move forward/backward. Holding down the Ctrl button will move it left/right. I just noticed it's not in the documentation, sorry about that.
