adding audio problem
 

hello world viz forum...i am facing a problem in vizard 5 beta....I recorded my voice in audacity in .wav format and am trying to add it in my environment to make the avatar speak that recorded audio. Though the audio is getting added in the resources and is also playing but when i add it to my environment, it's not working...the avatar is not speaking. The inbuilt jfk.wav file in vizard help is playing. Please suggest me the solution.:(

Can you post the code you're using and are you getting any error?

Did you record your voice in stereo mode? If so, you should convert your .wav file to mono, because the vizact.speak function only works with mono tracks. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZJ-Nq-os2YI for more information on doing so.
