exporting morph to cal3d CMF file

Hi Jeroen here,

I have a question about exporting a morph I created using the max file of one of the complete characters avatars. In that file there are 3 morphs (mouth, eyes and brows). Which work perfectly in Vizard!!

I would like to add a smile morph to the avatar.
I've created the smorph and tried to export it to a cmf file (like i saw you guys did with the mouth, eyes and brows morphs).

Without succes, after selecting the right skeleton file and setting my weight influences I get an error:
"No physique\skin modifer found, (MaxMesh.cpp 88)".

The standard mouth, brows and eyes morphs don't have skin modifiers on them.

In 2009 Jeff answerd a similar question with this answer:

You can do this by creating new morph targets in 3ds Max with the Max files that come with Complete Characters. After exporting the morph target you add the name of the morph to the avatars .cfg file and then you can access it in Vizard.
Summary questions:
How did you guys export those morphs to .cmf?

Thank you!

Export the mesh with the Skin and Morpher modifier, not the morph target. Set your new morph target's influence in the Morpher modifier to 100% and re-export the mesh like you normally would.

Or at least that's how it works for me in Max 11 and Viz 3.0
