WorldViz User Forum - Can't retrieve data from ASL EyeTracker

Dear community,

I'm having issues retrieving data from an ASL EyeTracker. Everything works fine, uploading and calibration, until I try to get the data. After calibrating, I save the config as asl.xml in the same folder as the script supposed on [1], which raises an error when I try to run it:

ERROR: Failed to connect to ASL EyeTracker (Cannot create XML parser. 

Please install MSXML4 from http://msdn.microsoft.com/XML/XMLDownloads)

ERROR: Failed to create extension sensor with asl.dle

MSXML4 is installed. Am I missing some import or did I forget something crucial?
