marker IDs not working

Hey-

I'm using Marker IDs with a PPT-H system. PPT doesn't recognized the marker IDs. In automatic mode I get the "Marker ID could not detect the IDs" warning. If I configure the Marker ID plug-in manually, the markers are not recognized for their physical ID (the physical ID is just assigned randomly), suggesting again that it's not recognizing the markers. Any ideas?

Hi, Cade,

First thing to check is whether you have the marker IDs set to H-mode instead of X-mode (it is indicated with the green LED on the marker).
