PPT cameras not detecting calibration rig
 

Hi, for some reason, the cameras doesn't detect all of the 4 lights of the calibration rig. For each camera, it seems to capture only 1-3 of the 4 lights although the angles allow them to view it all.

The only way to have them all viewed and calibrate is by moving the cameras in towards each other. But in the past (by another employee), this wasn't a problem at all. I am a new co-op student and would appreciate your help.

With them being far apart (at ends of corners of room - 5 m by 7m apprx), this is the case.

However, even at that distant, if i try tracking a light, (not calibration rig), it does well. It is just with the calibration rig and the calibration part that is messing up.

It sounds like the lights on the calibration rig may be weak. Have you tried replacing the 9v battery on the rig?
