lock the eye to the floor level

Hi, i'm running thru the tutorial of Import SKP file into Vizard to view in Oculus + Touch.
How do i "lock" or attached the eye level to follow the walking surface level ?
"e.g - like climbing stairs

Offset can be applied to tracker data in the vizconnect offsets dialog (http://docs.worldviz.com/vizard/#vizconnect_tracker_offsets.htm) or in the script that imports the vizconnect configuration. To apply the offset in the script, first get a handle to the tracker link as shown in the trackers (http://docs.worldviz.com/vizard/#vizconnect_trackers.htm) page.
