PPT Studio 2013 Download

Wondering if someone could point me in the right direction?

I couldn't seem to find a download link for PPT Studio 2013. I currently have it on a 32bit version of windows and need to install on 64bit version as I have a cluster daemon i need to run on the same machine that only has 64bit binaries.
