Does the current version of Vizard work with the new Oculus 1.3 software?

Download Oculus Runtime switcher.

It will let you install an older runtime, in addition to the new 1.3
Follow the simple instructions.
At least until Vizard updated to the new runtime, you'll be able to switch between the two.
