Is there any example for bending a cantilever?
Or just show how to make deformations of any items?

The complex animations (http://kb.worldviz.com/articles/1233) article in the WorldViz knowledge base discusses two ways of creating animations where the geometry of the object is deformed. These require modeling in 3ds Max.
