View Full Version : Oculus Tuscany 2 Vizard ?

Hello Wizards,

Is OSG powerful enough to handle the kind of graphics shown in The Oculus Tuscany Demo? I mean, Tuscany is based on Unity (Game Engine) and OSG is more suitable for VR, but is it still possible to have it done ?

Yes, you could create the scene using Vizard 5 and the new effects library. Take a look at the 3ds Max workflow (http://docs.worldviz.com/vizard5/#Shaders_3DS_Max.htm) documentation. Shaders are also supported with older versions of Vizard but you would need to supply the OpenGL shader code.
