View Full Version : Immersion Cyberglove connection problem

The immersion cyberglove works fine in the Immersion DCU program I run the Device manager and the glove works. But when I run the immersion cyberglove demo in vizard 3.0 I get an error:
Failed to connect to CyberGlove. Make sure Device Manager is running. could not connect to device.

The device manager is running. The vizard loads CyberGlove driver v1.0.

I have it running on one computer fine so the hardware all works (its a win xp SP3).

I'm testing on windows XP no service pack could that cause problems?

Does the broken computer have a "virtual hand" license? I think there is a 30 day trial period after installing the Cyberglove software, after which you need to license it to connect in Vizard.

You other computer probably has a valid license.
