Hello,
in a response to Jon Shih's question earlier, you posted code that allowed for the .act command. Is it possible to make .states part of the conditional statement also? If not how would I enter states into a conditional statement.
Thanks!

Hi,
You can queue up animations similar to actions and respond to them in callbacks. For instance the following code will create an action that executes animation number 7:doSomething = viz.Cal3D.loadAction(7)
male.act(doSomething)

While I've not tested it myself, the OSGExp exporter claims to support 3DMax snow and spray particles. You can read about what the exporter is capable of here:
http://osgexp.vr-c.dk/documentation/HOWTO.htm
To download and install the free exporter, go here:
http://osgexp.vr-c.dk/?Downloads/Executable+files
and grab the latest version. Once installed in 3DMax, you'll see "openscenegraph osg/ive" as a new export format option. Export and .osg and then add directly into Vizard.
