View Full Version : Unable to get material onto 3d Max avatar

Hi,

we've been animating some 3dMax complete character avatars and after we export them to Vizard, the material would not show in the Vizard world. We did th exportation processes properly (skeleton, mesh, material, and animation) and do not know how to solve the problem. Anybody have any ideas? thanks in advance.

Hi VDong,

We've been hearing the same problem from a few different people lately and are currently trying to discover the source of the problem.

A few questions:
1. What version of Max are you using?
2. Have you installed any updates or plugins on it?
2a.If so, what updates/plugins?
3. How long have you been having this problem?
4. Has that copy of max successfully exported avatars at any point in the past?
