Hey, I am designing a Collaborative Virtual Environment in which multiple users are tracked using PPT as well as an intersense trackers, and talk to one another. I am leaning towards using wireless radios for the audio, for example these ones here:

My question is, will this interfere with either the intersense or the PPT?

thanks

Hi Jeremy,

There is no interference of any electromagnetic signals (like the one from the GMRS radio) with the PPT, as this works purely optical).

The Intersense InertiaCube2 is using the earth-magnetic field for avoiding drift, so you should avoid placing something made out of solid iron in it's direct surroundings. In a typical setting, however, it's mounted on top of the HMD and the little GMRS radio will not cause any problems.

Looks like a good deal!
